I am having trouble copying formula down a column, for some reason the the result is being copied not the formula. Is there a special setting I have missed. I have not had this issue before.

Thanks

In order for anyone to have any idea what might be wrong it would be helpful
if you'd describe how your sheet is arranged (including the lookup table),
indicate exactly how your formula is written, what specific method you're
using to copy the formula, as well as what "result" is being copied. Also,
what shows in the Formula Bar when you select a cell you've copied to?

There is no "setting" or preference to copy results instead of formulas
unless you explicitly use Paste Special. The explanation most likely lies in
the information requested above, but nobody here can "see" any more of your
work than what you show here :)
