Vlookup & Sumif Problem

Help !!

I'm trying to combine Vlookup and SumIf (with 2 conditions!)

I've attached a sample file with an example of what I'm trying to do
!!!

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Your attachment didn't come through. That's good, since this isn't a
..binary newsgroup. Very few regulars would even see it, since
messages with attachments are often filtered out.

State your problem in your message - almost nobody wants to guess
what you're trying to achieve from a workbook that you understand,
but may be incomprehensible to others.

Ooops -my mistake - posting the file as a downloadable rather than
an attachment is certainly acceptable.

However, the rest of my post still applies - you're more likely to
find help if you state your problem in text, rather than expecting
someone to download a file and guess.
