vlookup using date ranges

Im confused. I want to sort data by a dealer code and then allocate i
to a secondary component of the spreadsheet against the month (hopefull
this makes sense).

What is the best formula to make this happen?

This is basically what i want outlined below...

Dealer Dat
1 02/03/201
2 06/03/201
2 14/02/201
3 01/01/201

Dealer JAN FEB MA

1
02/03/201
1
06/03/201
2 14/02/201
3 01/01/201

The dates should be correspond to the month name above...
