VLOOKUP with many files? How else?

I have over 1,000 excel file in a folder. The filenames
may change frequently but they are all based on the same
template.

I want to grab data of the same location from each excel
file. I find that VLOOKUP is not possible for this
scenerio because VLOOKUP requires static table range. Any
suggestions?
