Hi,

Depending on the time basket in which a date is situated,
I would like excell to return the comment attributed to
this particular period.

i.e.
Period Comment
1/1/03-1/31/03 Behind
2/1/03-2/31/03 Overdue

Result: 1/15/03 returns comment Behind.
