Hi Mysei,
MS Office no longer comes packaged with the SAPI (MS Speech) engine that supports dictation after Office 2003 . That feature has
reverted back to the MS Windows team. The Test Drive version of Office 2007 is on Windows XP, and that feature, wasn't turned on in
that version. You may want to use the link below to the MS Speech folks to ask how you would enable voice dictation for Windows XP
with Office 2007.
Windows Vista does have support for voice input (dictation) built in that Office 2007 can use.
Other 'alternative input' features that were introduced with Office XP, built into Office 2003 but for Office 2007 have moved out of
Office to Windows responsibility are draw/write anywhere, inking.
========
I used the Citrix version of Office 07 but could not find any voice input. Isn't that supposed to be a main feature in new versions
of Office? >>
