When I double click a voice message which is a .wav file , both Window Media
player and Itune open. I only want WMP as my player. How do I remove Itunes
from starting up when I click on a Wave attachment?

Are you sure that is a problem connected with OneNote?

There should be a setting in both WMP and iTunes which determine if each
application should handle different types of files (MP3, WAV, WMV, WMA,
etc.) Verify in each application that WAV is enabled for WMP and disabled
for iTunes.

Thanks David and Eric,
Yes I had found the "file types" tab in My Computer and found the WMA file
type. I reloaded the Window Media Player for .wav file type. What's
interesting is that THat was all that was listed for .wav files in the first
place. But it worked.

It's also in "Change the program that starts when you open a file" in
Microsoft Outlook Help.

Thanks again
Myles
