I use the Dragon Naturally Speaking 9 to overcome a handicap I have that
prevents me from typing. Previously, I had no problem using Dragon
NaturallySpeaking. Since updating to Word 2003 my Dragon NaturallySpeaking
no longer functions -- at least not in a Word 2003. This note, as an
example, is "written" using Dragon NaturallySpeaking, however the window I
have
open simultaneously to Word 2003 causes the voice recognition software not a
function when the Word window is active.
As you can imagine, as a journalist, I sort of needed the ability to have a
software function properly. It works like a champ in WordPad, Notepad,
WordPerfect, and various other word processing programs. Just not in Word
2003!
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.
