Volume Levels change when I email a presentation

I have created a presentation, in Power Point 2007, which has a voice
recorded audio clip and a music clip which was imbeded using Advanced Media
tools. I have been successful in lowering the volume of the music clip so it
plays lower than the voice recording. But when I send the presentation via
email the volume settings change to "normal" (the music clip is not lower any
more) causing the music to over power the voice clip.

The volumes are good when I play it on my PC but when I email it to someone
else the volumes seem to readjust to "normal" level?

I would like to email my presentation and maintain the same sound volume
levels which I have set in the original presentation. How can I make sure the
volume settings play the same after emailing?

(The Voice recording I did my self using PP and the music is from MS's free
music clips. (not from the clip art). The music clip Plays Accross Slides
until the last slide. There are ten slides, each with their own voice
recording.)

The various playback levels are a function of the Windows Operating system
on the receiving computer, so you are right -- they will be off compared to
yours.

The best way to combat this would be to re-record everything into a single
sound file (narration and music). This way the receiver can boost the
overall sound or turn it down, but will always have the right "mix".

Once the sound is re-recorded, you will need to remove the narration and
background sounds from your PPT and re-insert the new sound file.

Well, alternatively, you could convert your presentation to Flash,
then when you email the Flash movie to them, the volume settings will
play the same just as you set. Authorgen(http://www.authogen.com),
PPT2Flash (http://snipurl.com/ppt-swf), and some other tools could
help you in one click.
