volume license atctivation workaround - symantec ghost

Is there any way to prevent the requirement of having to
reactivate products when porting them across different
hardware types using symantec ghost.

I have valid volume licenses but use a single image to
port a single workstation image across all hardware
types.

Office 2002 pooches this up. Anyone got any ideas?

This is all documented in the ORK (Office Resource Kit), but it is sometimes
very difficult to find.

Since you are using VL media, it should work. Just set:

ENTERPRISEIMAGE=1
NOUSERNAME=1

I believe those are the only two you need to have (either in the transform
you use, or on the command line you use) when you create your image. We have
VL and 47,000 clients all from a single image (30 different hardware
platforms) and this works fine.
