Vote button for confirmation.

Hi,
At work, sometimes we get emails that we are required to read. After reading
them we are supposed to click a button at the top of the window below the
tool bar that says " I have read the contents of this message" or something
like that. This action sends a reply to the sender confirming that we have
said that we read the message.
Everyone at work calls it the vote button.
I can not figure out how to add this to my messages.
Does anyone know how to do this. Any replies are greatly appreciated. thanks.

Making Voting buttons is quite easy. Here's how:

Make a new email.
Click Options within that email.
Voting buttons. Type what you want on your (up to 32) buttons. For example
I can type

No I didn't read that boring stuff you sent me ; Yes Boss! Read it; Guess
because I will not tell you; Stop micromanaging me; I resigned last week
didn't you know?; what email?

By placing ; between phrases I am making the next button.So use ;

The send it. You WILL NOT see any buttons as the sender - send yourself one
to practice.

A few tricks - OPEN each reply.
View the tally (once you OPEN each reply) in the Sent Item. It gets a
second Tab to it.
