I have a user who sent a message with voting buttons at 2:11pm. She closed
Outlook and logged off the pc at 3:15pm. All of the reponses she received
before logging off show the correct tracking response. All of the responses
she received after 3:15pm show 'Replied' and the date and time instead of
'Yes' or 'No'.
All of the responses are are in the Inbox and have been opened, though she
can move or delete them and it doesn't change anything. She is viewing the
tracking summary from the original message in the Sent Items, though she can
view it from any of the responses and it shows the same results. And, of
course, she can't change any of the responses in the summary.
Any input would be appreciated, we really need to be able to use the voting
functionality. I can't imagine why closing Outlook would make any difference
in an Exchange environment. At first I thought it might be time related, but
I can't seem to make that connection, and it was only an hour.
