First, you have to get a paper ballot. Try your local library, they
usually have some on hand.

Next, fill it out ... COMPLETELY. (very important)

Finally, press the button on your computer next to the CD to open
the special ballot collection device. (Do not be disturbed by the
hole in the center.) Fold your ballot, place it on the ballot
collection device, and press the button again to send your vote.

If you think your vote was not received, repeat the previous step.
