Voting: approve and forward

[Vlookup help]

Is there functionality in Outlook to use the voting function (specifically,
approve/reject) to approve and forward? I would like to use the function as
an approval feature in which a requester makes the request and sends
(approve/reject) to his/her supervisor, who then approves/rejects and
forwards to his/her manager for final apporoval or rejection. More or less a
sign off process.

Is this possible?

After furious head scratching, Vlookup help asked:

Actually it can be done with Outlook but only with a published custom form.
