Voting Buttons are a No Show

Greetings. Today I sent an email with voting button turned on. I customized
the buttons as "Approve;Approve with Changes;Reject. When I sent the email I
bcc:ed myself. The buttons appeared on the message sent to me but no one
else recieved them. Does anyone have any idea why? Thanks!

Yes, we do use a MSE Server and you are correct, my messages are in HTML
format. I'll try it in RTF and see if that works. Thanks for your quick
response!

are you using an exchange server? if not, it's possible the message was
converted from RTF to html - the buttons only work if you use RTF format.

Diane I tried converting the message to RTF and the Buttons are still not
showing. Is there anything else I can try? Can I change the responses if I
use a meeting request instead? Thanks Diane!

it needs to be sent in RTF format - click on the recipient names and set
each on to always use RTF - this should take care of it.
