Thanks Brian - that was helpful.
I identified the .ics as a possible work-around option but haven't actually
used it yet. It seems in my case, I could have saved the planned meeting as
an .ics and attached it to a distribution email with a voting enabled. So
when people vote - I get a response, when they accept the meeting my copy of
the meeting request is updated (right?). Before discovering this, I sent out
the meeting request, followed by an email containing the vote buttons - so in
response I receive two emails from each invitee - but handily I
auto-channeled those replies into a seperate folder.... there is always a
way!
