Voting Buttons - message missing in reply

Hi,

I have set up a simple email template with voting buttons - it works fine
apart from the fact that the original message is not shown in the reply.

I have checked my settings and set 'include original message' in the 'reply'
of the design page... but no joy...

does anyone have any ideas.

Voting replies, just like meeting replies, do not contain the original text.

Thanks for this... do you have any ideas how I can create this process... I
need a simple template for holiday requests, the requestor will send this to
their line manager for approval. When the line manager approves/rejects a
reply is sent to the requestor - also a reply needs to be sent to the admin
assistent who will update the holiday calander - this is why I'd like the
oroginal text in the email - so the admin assistent knows the holiday details.

Assuming that you have Exchange, you can create a workflow for this.
InfoPath is also an option, as well as a web interface that generates emails
for additional notifications. Some simple ASP.NET website is easy to create
and host internally.

Of course how feasible that is for you depends on your internal network and
knowledge available.
