Voting buttons: setting recipeients of responses

J

Jules

I have created a custom form in Outlook for holiday requests within our
organisation. I will be making this form available in the organisational
forms library. it has been designed so that a requestor will select the form
from the library, fill in their request details and submit it to their
manager and HR. I have setup voting buttons on it so that Managers can
approve/reject.

The problem I have encountered while testing it is that we want the reply to
go to both the requestor and HR, I tried to achive this through Delivery
options>have replies sent to and choosing the HR group. the problem is that
it then only sends to HR and not the requestor as well. Is there a way of a
setting it up so that all voting button responses for this form are sent to
HR and the sender?

Thanks

In the CustomAction event hander, you should be able to set the ReplyRecipents collection for the response message.
