Voting Buttons Tracking

I have just sent out an email with voting buttons to approx 1500 people.
Obviously because of the expected number of responses i created a new folder
with a rule to accept the responses. So far we have had over 500 responses
but the tracking has showed only one response. Can someone advise me as to
why it has picked up only one response which was one that was received
somewhere in the middle but has not picked up any before or after this one so
far.

The problem is you're putting them in another folder. Outlook only reads tracking information from items in the Inbox.

Thank you for your response Sue. I was wondering if there was a work around
for this problem. As you could probably imagine with that many responses
coming in, normal email would get lost in with all of these. Could we, maybe
at the end of each day until close off of voting, create a folder and move
our normal emial into it, transfer the voting responses back into the inbox
for the purpose of tracking and then move everthing back to their respective
folders later. Sorry if this sounds confusing but if you can suggest any
other way i would be grateful.
