Voting Tracking

I forward a message for everyone to vote. I've received verbal replies from
people and would like to know if there's anyway I can manually choose a
choice for them in the tracking view?

There are also several that have not responded. When I forward the original
message to remind them to vote ... when they vote from here, there vote is
tracked with the forwarded message and not with the original. Any ideas on
how to fix these issues??
