vpmsece.dll problem in Outlook 2K

I have a couple of users that started having problems with
Outlook 2K. The error messages states that, "The add-
in "C:\Program Files\NavNT\vpmsece.dll" could not be
installed or loaded. I have tried Detect and Repair and
Reinstalling Outlook, neither have yielded a fix yet.

We use Symantec AntiVirus software and I thought that
maybe this was a left-over file related to the older
Norton A/V version we used to use, but I
uninstalled/reinstalled the latest Symantec A/V and still
don't have it fixed.

Any ideas???

Thanks,

Boyd

Contact Symantec since it's their file.

Go to Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Under the Add-in Manager, uncheck
any recently uninstalled Add-in you may have had on the system. Also check
the COM Add-ins as well.
