We are running Project Server 2007 / SQL Server 2005.
I am the administrator, and I have a user that has checked out a project,
worked on it offline, and then has reconnected to the server (via vpn
connection). However, when he connects via vpn it will only allow him to
open in read mode (when he does this he can see all the changes he made
offline). When I check, I can see that the project is still checked out to
him (with the original checkout date prior to working on it offline). In the
queue, there is a "Project Save from Project Professional" which is in the
state "getting enqueued". I had to cancel this job to be able to force check
it in (and then imported a .mpp saved version over the top of it).
Is this a known problem using vpn, or otherwise?
