We have offsite users on our PS system. Most only need access to PWA. We've
set them with PS accounts - no problems there.
But some offsite users need to upload and manage plans in PS.
If they RDC in, they can get to PWA but PPro won't connect them to the SQL
URL. I understand there is a port that would have to be opened for this to
work, but that there are security issues involved with that.
So we set them up using Sonic VPN, thinking that would actually put them in
the network pipe. But we still can't get them connected through PPro. The
Test Connection returns "can't connet / problem with server / etc."
Are we missing something with the VPN? Assumptions wrong? Any suggestions?
