VS 2005 won't run Infopath

Help!!

I just installed Visual Studio 2005 and VSTO 2005 and now I can't get
Infopath to run....

When I create a simple form and try to preview I get the "Microsoft Office
Infopath has encountered a problem and nees to close. Sorry........" <a
href="http://www.kofc-wa.org/error.gif">error</a> and I'm dead...
