VS.Net 2003 Missing InfoPath Project Icon

I am unable to view the Infopath project icon under
visual studio .net.

I have:
- Uninstalled office 2003, reinstalled office 2003 sp1.
- Removed SDK for Infopath and reinstalled SDK.

I have verified SP1 under infopath.

Is there a reg item i have to nuke or a dll to manually
register for infopath or the SDK to get these to appear?
