VS.net 2005

Hi,

I have a strange issue that just started last week.
When I start VS.net 2005 all the design windows are properly docked.
The when I load any project and run it, all the windows become undocked and
float.
When I stop debugging the windows remain undocked.
The windows remain undocked until it stop vs 2005 and start it aging.
If I re-dock the properties window, toolbox etc they undock every time I
start debugging.
I have checked all the settings against vs 2008 and I can't find any reason
why this should happen.
Very frustrating, has anyone seen this before?
Probably something simple.
