VSS keywords in header/footer?

Hi,

I've added some VSS keywords to the header and footer of a MSP file, but VSS
do not expand them. I have added *.msp to the list of files that VSS should
expand keywors in, and I have tried with both double and single colon (i.e.
"::" for binary and ":" for ascii files). Nothing works.

Any pointers?
