VSTO 2005 and Infopath DLL Problem

I have installed Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003
Toolkit for Visual Studio 2005. I have "successfully" upgraded a previous
InfoPath form that was created in VS 2003 that was working with out issue. I
say "successfully" because I received no errors during the upgrade.

Now when I try to preview the form I get the following error:
"InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's
code.
The format of the file 'TCTT_0020_3_002E_0.dll' is invalid."

I am not sure where to even start troubleshooting this.

Any ideas?

What was the resolution for this?
I have converted a form and deployed it, and I have one user who is getting
the message
"InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's
code.
The format of the file 'formname.dll' is invalid."

Any ideas would be great.
