VSTO 2005 SE for Office 2007

Hi,
Is it possible to create a custom excel workbook in xl2007 that runs VSTO
code?
To me it seems as if only COM AddIns can be created in Office 2007.
If possible, can anyone share a tip on where to find info on how to upgrade
a solution from Office 2003 to Office 2007 (and maybe even move the controls
from the Action Pane to the AddIn ribbon?)?
I get all kinds of error messages indicating I need both Office 2007 AND
2003 on the machine and that can't be the idea, can it?

Grateful for ANYTHING bringing me closer to what the project owner wants!
