vsto 2010 and Office 2007

I have upgraded my Add-In for Word from VS2008 to VS2010. I use ClickOnce to
deploy my solution. I have deployed vsto 2010 x64 on each Windows 7 x64
machine. On my Computer, Office 2010 is running, my AddIn will be loaded
without any problems. But all machines with Office 2007 it is impossible to
load my AddIn.

Any idea what can be wrong?

Most likely because the object models for Office 2010 and Office 2007 are
different. If you upgraded your add-in, you probably made use of the
factories in VSTO 2010, which are not available in 2007.
