VSTO for PowerPoint 2003

Hi,

I'm writing an add-in for PowerPoint 2003, using Visual Studio 2005 Tools
for Office (VSTO) SE. I want to be able to install the app as an add-in menu
item, and I'm having trouble accessing a tutorial/instructions on this.

Can anyone please recommend one?
