VSTO second edition toolbox problem

Hi,

I am having a strange problem with the toolbar when designing InfoPath forms
in Visual Studio ... everything was working fine, but today when I tried to
add a control to the toolbox, I get the Visual Studio "Choose Toolbox Items"
dialogue ... instead of the InfoPath "Add or Remove Custom Controls"
dialogue ...??

Does anybody know of a way to restore the original behaviour without
uninstalls/reinstalls??

Strangely, the InfoPath client still behaves correctly.
