VSTO:the panel added disappear

Hi all:
I add a panel to ActionsPane,like this:
Document.ActionsPane.Controls.Add(ctlPanel);
this panel will disappear after I excute spelling check. And I only click
view->Task pane to make it visible. My environment is .net 2005+VSTO.
Anynoe knows the reason or any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
