W2K SP4 Installed - Now Fatal Error 07 Stopped Computer

I installed W2K SP4 and after re-starting computer I get
the fatal blue screen "stop error message 07".

Any ideas how to diagnose so I can get past the frozen
blue screen. I need a step by step appproach cause I'm
not very computer literate.

Thanks for any help to get things back up running. Once
it's back up, I can decide if I should either unload SP4
or troubleshoot to fix.
