After installing Office 2003 Professional, the
address book previously available via Tools ->
Letters and Mailings -> Envelopes and Labels
is no longer available. The user that I'm attempting
to help DOES NOT nor DID NOT use Outlook
as their e-mail client, so I'm puzzled as to how
they were able to get anything to begin with. They
use Outlook Express as their default e-mail client,
which, of course, uses the Windows Address book
(user.wab) rather than Outlook Contacts.
The user has a sizable pst file on their computer, so
my first guess would be to configure Outlook 2003
on their computer, even though it would subsequently
be made the non-default e-mail client.
Any thoughts about all of this?
