WAB dll lost - how to recover

I recently was infected by viruses which I guess had
something to do with this problem. Viruses have been fixed
by NAV. The problem: When I try to send an email using
OUTLOOK (not outlook express) which i do not use and I
enter an email address, a pop up error message tells me
that the WAB dll cannot be found. This criptic message
seem to be referring to the Windows Address Book but it
does not give me a specific file to look for.

I have reinstalled MS Office but did not fix. Appreciate
any help anyone can give.
