Wall Length

I tried to change the wall length (a small adjustment) in the properties
dialog box but the wall stays the same. I tried turning off the snap and
glue command but no help. Any ideas? (big changes work, but not small ones.)

One idea is that you would press and open the definition, increase "#"
under decimal points at the format.
