Wall paper

In earlier versions of Windows I've been able to display a picture on my
desktop or wall paper if you will. Now that I have Windows MX, I don't see
how it can be done. Can anyone help me?

Windows MX is a file sharing program not a Windows Operating System.
What OS do you have Windows XP, Windows ME ........?
