wallpaper theme attachment in sent emails

hi can anyone help me get rid of an attachment in every email i send?
It shows up as a normal attachment even though i havent attached anything,
when peopleclick on it to open itit shows my blue background colour.

Sounds like your Word template has the attachment in it. Open
%AppData%\Microsoft\Templates and delete the templates containing the word
"normal" or "email" and try again.
