Walls, Shells, Structures

I cant seem to change my walls, shells, structures to
display in Standard measurement (feet, inches) though the
paper is in feet/inches and the scale is architectual.

When I go into the properties of the walls - there seems
to be no choice to select feet/inches.

What am I doing wrong?
