I know that this is primarily a site for guys in the USA but I wonder if
someone can help. I've tried the 'online' help folks from my ISP - no use
what-so-ever!

I've gotten an ISP that has an e-mail account - I've followed their
instructions to the letter. I can now send emails from OL2003 but I cannot
recieve them. Messages sent to me are available via the internet window but
not OL.

Has anyone got any ideas? I think I've flicked every option on and off!

Thanks

Simon.

p.s. the e-mail address above isn't the problem! Hotmail works just fine!

It doesn't matter where you are - if you need help with Outlook, you
have come to the right place!

Although you may have followed your ISP's setup instructions to the
letter, but it seems something with your setup is still wrong. Do you
use IMAP or POP3/SMTP? POP3/SMTP servers are often different, and need
different setup. Make sure that your POP3 (incoming) server is 100%
correctly configured.

When you click Send/Receive, do you get an error message?
