I'm using Outlook 2003. Out-of-office-reply function (set up on an
Exchange Server) only gets sent once to each recipient.
The following template/rule approach doesn't fit the bill either:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011223851033.aspx
This solution is for Outlook (the mail reader running on the desktop)
to emulate Out-of-office behaviour when the user's email reside on a
server other than Outlook Exchange Server. It also sends a notice out
once per user (per Outlook session). Because it is done by Outlook
rather than Exchange Server, however, it can only work if Outlook is
left running (see note at end of the webpage). If I understand this
correctly, this means that it will be a single Outlook session, which
means that users only get one notification -- assuming that you stay
logged on and keep Outlook running. If you don't, then the template/
rule isn't functioning at all.
Is there a solution for auto-replies for every incoming email? My
account is on Exchange Server.
