want junk mail folder to automatically open when outlook opens

My outlook opens the junk mail folder (when there is junk mail) when I open
outlook or when junk mail comes in when outlook automatically checks mail.
Now, my girlfriends PC running the same system and outlook version doesn't do
this and I can't find an option/menu to have it work like mine.
