Want no page numbers on 1st two pages, then page 1 - 12.

I have a document with 15 pages and 2 section breaks. I have a "Next Page"
section break after the first page (settings: section start "New Page",
Headers and Footers (new page).

I have a "Odd Page" section break after page 2 (settings: section start
"New Page", Headers and Footers (uncheckedP.

I want pages 1 and 2 to be unnumbered, and page 3 to be numbered "1". I
want the last page of the 15 pages to show "Page 13 of 13". (I don't want it
to count the first 2 pages of the document. Please help!
