Want to add another field to Outlook 2000

Running Windows 2000 Professional w/ Outlook 2000

I am trying to add a 2nd birthday field onto a contact.
For ex: John and Michelle Adams. I can enter 1 birthday, but
would like to enter in Michelle's birthday as well. How do I add a
2nd birthday field to a contact?
