Angela - wanting to AutoPreview

I want to AutoPreview my unread messages, but I am having difficulties. I
followed the Outlook help directions, but it didn't solve my problem. When I
selected "preview unread messages" no previews were shown, and when I
selected "preview all messages" only the previews for the messages that had
already been read appeared.
