We are contemplating switching from Maximizer CRM Version 7.5 to Outlook CRM. Has anyone had experience in doing this? Maximizer offers too many "goodies"; we are simply concerned with having a data base of our customers and contacts with the ability to send and receive e-mails and to be able to create other documents, such as call reports, photos, notes, etc. Would appreciate your replies. Thank you!
