I 'm can not change menuber from english language to thai language , How to
change Please ans. me (use office 2003 sp1)

Generally you go to your Start menu and choose something like:

All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office
2003 Language Settings

I'm not sure whether Visio specifically supports Thai, but other Office apps
do.
