want to change the existing task start and finish date using psi

Dear All,


Can any one of you explain me how to change the start and finish dates for
the existing tasks.I have used "Must Start on constraint" for setting a
particular start date uisng PSI.But for few of the tasks the changes are not
effecting.

Can anyone reply me back with the appropriate answers.?
