Want to create a combo box to provide a documentype using a word m

Hi

I am writing a macro which will complete a number of fields in a word
document.
One of the fields is a DocumentType which I want to limit the options for
users by forcing them to select from a predefined list of document types (ie/
schedule of fees, proposal, Terms & Conditions etc).

All other fields in the macro the users can enter the relevant information.
It is only on this one field that I want to bring up a prompt which asks them
to select from the predefined list and the result will be stored against a
field 'DocumentType'

I hope I am making sense. I haven't had much experience with writing code in
Word.

I appreciate all and any assistance.
